To celebrate this year’s Christmas advert, we invited a handful of customers to an intimate performance with Labrinth at Electric Brixton – the location for the nightclub scenes in the ad.
Seated at his grand piano, with the advert projected behind him, the artist wowed the audience with his stunning reimagining of ‘Where Love Lives’, which he created specifically for John Lewis’ 2025 Christmas campaign.
After the live performance, we chatted to some of our guests about what’s on their gift-giving list this year.

“I’m gifting my mum the John Lewis Rest and Recharge Beauty Box, which features some of her favourite brands, including L’Occitane and Liz Earle. My mum is truly the most selfless person – she’s spent the past year travelling the country looking after her sister and also my uncle, who is sadly terminally ill. She deserves to be pampered herself.”
