From the chocolatiers at Hotel Chocolat, this innovative twist on the much-loved French original was inspired by the pastel macarons that grace elegant cafés on the Champs-Elysées. Hazelnut praline – whipped to create a light-as-air texture – is generously piped between two mellow 40% milk chocolate discs to recreate the signature patisserie style.
