How to use:

Brand History
Established in 2004, Dr. Bob Langer, an MIT Institute professor, teamed up with brilliant scientists and took a look at the beauty industry. They analysed what was in beauty products and discovered that the industry relied on the same off the shelf ingredients - silicones and oils. This inspired our founders to create new technologies that would offer women "proof in a bottle," rather than "hope in a bottle."
Our scientists worked hand in hand with iconic hair stylists Ward Stegerhoek and Mitch DeRosa, who knew first hand of women’s struggles with traditional beauty products. Our team went to work in the labs. Molecules were invented, synthesized, analysed, and patented and a premium, performance based hair care solution free from silicones, oils, parabens and sulfates was born.

With our team of expert stylists and biomedical scientists beauty meets brilliant science. We invent and patent new molecules that completely change how hair behaves. Our Difference
Our range is free from silicones, oils, parabens and sulfates. We discovered a superior way to care for hair — far better than the old industry standard of silicones and oils. Our patented molecule, OFPMA, creates an exquisitely thin, invisible shield around each hair strand, repelling dirt and oil so hair stays cleaner for longer, fighting humidity and creating healthier hair over time. In addition we discovered a better way to create volume and body without stiff, sticky resins. Our patented molecule PBAE creates a microscopic pattern of thickening points on every hair strand for long lasting, touchable body and volume. Two new molecules designed to completely change how the hair behaves.

Small items
Return a small item you bought online for free to a John Lewis or Waitrose shop, or one of our return locations. You can also arrange a collection using Evri or Royal Mail.
Large items - items delivered by two people, such as appliances and furniture
We'll collect large items from you. Collections are free if your item is damaged or faulty. If not, we charge a collection fee. To arrange a collection, please contact us.
