Why you need it: Oxidative daily stressors like UV exposure, pollutants, and free radicals can be harmful to skin, causing fine lines, wrinkles, sagging and loss of elasticity. This formula provides a preventative approach towards age concerns, protecting skin against daily aggressors.

How to use:

Smooth one pump over clean, dry skin on your face and neck in the evening (avoiding the eye and lip area, including eyelids). Follow with moisturiser. Start with one or two nights per week, gradually increasing frequency to every night. Do not use with any other retinoid products. Always use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 15 or higher.

Good to know: Retinol may cause irritation, redness or peeling around applied areas for first-time users. If any of the symptoms mentioned above occur, reduce the number of times serum is applied per week until skin builds tolerance. If persistent irritation occurs, stop using the product and consult a physician. Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature, avoid excessive heat.

How to return your item

Small items

Return a small item you bought online for free to a John Lewis or Waitrose shop, or one of our return locations. You can also arrange a collection using Evri or Royal Mail.

Large items - items delivered by two people, such as appliances and furniture

We'll collect large items from you. Collections are free if your item is damaged or faulty. If not, we charge a collection fee. To arrange a collection, please contact us.
