Designed with walnut wood handles, this Microplane Master Series includes a zester and extra-coarse greater, both with Microplane's renowned photo-etched, long-lasting, ultra-sharp, stainless steel blades.
The stylish, sturdy frames and non-slip rubber feet ensure comfort and stability when using. They come with reusable protective covers. The elegant, graceful and stylish walnut wooden handles are made of wood from Kentucky, USA, and recall the origin of Microplane graters, which come from the wood workshop and were brought to the kitchen.
With the zester blade, grate hard cheese finely, ginger, garlic, spices, chocolate, truffles, nuts and more. It's an efficient way to grate citrus peel finely in no time and without any effort. Through the sharpness of the blade, the citrus is precisely grated and not torn. Flavour unfolds and the taste is enhanced.
The very extra-coarse blade provides you with a wide friction surface for efficient and effortless grating. Potatoes, apples, cabbage, courgette, carrots, onions, hard and soft cheese, chocolate and much more can be precisely cut into elongated slices without tearing.
