Full-frame power
The 24.5 MP full-frame CMOS sensor combines with the EXPEED 7 engine and the light-gathering advantages of the wider Z mount to give you more freedom to create. Sharpness, contrast, colour accuracy, dynamic range, focus precision, low-light performance—you get the tools you need to craft your unique style.
Precision autofocus
With 299 Auto-area AF points covering the sensor, you can focus sharply on your subject anywhere in the frame. Even if they’re small, fast, and moving erratically, the Z f will detect and track your subject without missing a beat …including people, birds, animals, vehicales and planes. An amazing 77 custom patterns for stills, and 66 for video, let you set the precise shape, size and position of your focus area.
Z lens mount
The wide, full-frame Z Mount captures more light. And with the optimum distance of just 16mm between mount and sensor, more of that light reaches the sensor. Nikon's F Mount lenses can also be used with the FTZ adapter (not included, available separately).
4K UHD movies
Record scintillating detail in movie footage with 4K ultra high definition video at 60p frame rate. And achieve amazing slow motion movies in Full HD at 120p.
Wi-Fi & Bluetooth
With both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi it's simple to use SnapBridge to connect wirelessly with smart devices for instant sharing of your work, and to shoot remotely.
Snapbridge app
