The natural beauty of beech wood combines with Peugeot technology and innovation on this Paris u'Select salt mill, designed for precise and even grinding. Engineered and made in France with a water-based Chocolate finish, the mill is adjustable with six settings from extra fine to very coarse, according to the type of grind you need for cooking and seasoning.
The two-stage grinding mechanism effortlessly shatters and then grinds the salt crystals to the desired grain size. The mill takes all dry sea and rock salts. Salt intensifies aromas, balances other flavours and makes vegetables tastier. The unique Zirlion Salt mechanism is guaranteed for lifetime longevity.
To refill, simply unscrew the top knob, lift off the top and pour in your salt, to a maximum grain size of 4mm. At 22cm tall, this mill makes a statement on any table.
