How to use

Apply to eye using small smooth strokes to create a sharp line. Use clean-up tip to sharpen edges. Work on one eye at a time as the formula sets fast.For extreme waterline brightening, use the shade Wet T-Shirt. If you're looking for a more natural brightening effect, choose one of the other 4 brightening shades for your skin tone.Make sure to keep the cap on when you're done using it––wait until you hear the click to ensure the cap is on tight.
