What's a gas hob?
Gas hobs are great if you want instant, powerful heat that's quick, visible and simple to adjust. They're slightly less efficient than induction and ceramic hobs, but you'll have far greater control over what temperature your food cooks at.

The consistent flame and heat distribution of the dual flame wok burner combined with the highly responsive dials offer precise heat adjustment that can perfect a slow simmer for sauces or an intense heat for searing steaks.

Easy cleaning
Cleaning and care of this hob are easy thanks to the sealed burners and single sheet cooking surface. After each use, simply remove the trivets and wipe down the glass.

Safe & sound
The flame failure safety device automatically turns off the gas if the flame is accidentally extinguished.

Respect for the planet
Fisher & Paykel hobs are built from recyclable, eco-friendly ceramic glass – without using arsenic or heavy metals in the manufacturing process. The glass edges are chip-tested for resistance to damage from pots and pans, ensuring lasting quality.

The subtle black glass, anodised trim, and black dials blend elegance with durability and are designed to match the Minimal style Series 9 ovens. With premium styling and detailing, these hobs seamlessly blend with other appliances for a cohesive, considered kitchen design.

Please Note: This is an LPG model
LPG cookers are convenient for houses not connected to mains gas. For cooking, you need propane gas, which has a lower boiling point than butane. All gas appliances must be installed by a GasSafe registered engineer. Please note that connection hoses are not supplied with gas appliances for this reason.
