Joseph Joseph's Elevate™ range of kitchen utensils and knives are designed for more hygienic food preparation that creates less mess. Each tool has an innovative weighted handle with an integrated tool rest, ensuring that, when an Elevate™ utensil is placed down, its head is always raised up and doesn't drip on the work surface.

These Elevate™ knives are all made with high-quality Japanese stainless steel blades and comfortable ergonomic colour-coded handles that are easy and firm to hold, even when wet. This set has five knives: an 8-inch (20cm) Bread knife, 6.5-inch (16.5cm) Chef's knife, a 5.5-inch (14cm) Santoku knife, a 4.5-inch (11cm) Serrated knife and a 3.5-inch (9cm) Paring knife for precision cutting and dicing. The in-drawer tray for organised storage features corresponding coloured dots for quick and easy storage and a non-slip base. Each colour-coded knife gets its own protective storage slot.
