These versatile BBQ Trays are an essential addition to your Kadai cookware or barbecue. The set includes one large tray and two smaller trays, designed to stop smaller ingredients from falling through the Kadai Holi Grill or any grill grate.
Easily repositioned for direct or indirect heat, they are ideal for searing meat, grilling vegetables or cooking delicate fish, while the perforated design allows heat and smoke to enhance flavour. Always use barbecue tools and gloves when handling hot cookware.

- Supplied with a food-safe protective coating for transport. Before first use, wash thoroughly in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry completely. Apply a thin, even layer of cooking oil using a soft cloth or kitchen roll. Heat the trays over a medium heat, then allow to cool naturally. Repeat this curing process as needed to maintain the oiled finish, as cooking may reduce the coating over time.
