The Life Fitness Row HX™ Trainer Rowing Machine gives you an all-round workout from the comfort of your own home. Four levels of natural-feel resistance provide the challenges you need to keep in shape and improve your health.
Beautifully crafted with a wood frame and metal kickboard, this machine is easily stored upright to take up less space, making it ideal for home use.
Innovative natural resistance design
The Row HX Trainer’s Fluid Technology system uses water to give a natural feel to each level of resistance, delivering consistency to your training session. The patented Twin-Tank design gives the experience of rowing a boat on open water, providing a great workout but without the heavy impact on your body.
LCD console
Use the LCD display to check your time, distance, 500m split time, strokes per minute, calories burned, watts and interval training information. Track your pulse on the screen with a heart rate kit and belt (sold separately). In addition, this rower connects with Life Fitness rowing software for added capabilities.
Easy adjust settings
Move up or down four levels of intensity with the turn of a dial. There’s no need to add or siphon off water to change the resistance with the Row HX™ Trainer.
Well-crafted machine
Made from natural wood with a tempered steel frame, this rowing machine is sleek in design and makes an attractive addition to the home.
Storing made easy
The rower can be stored upright, taking up less than 7-feet (213cm) of space in height. Use the wheels to easily transport the rower into place.
