All of the Tiffany Rose designs are cut specifically for maternity, with an understanding that it can be hard to choose your size when your shape is continually changing. The general rule is to choose your pre-pregnancy size.

Since it is likely your bust size is growing, you should also refer to the bra sizing guideline. If you find your bra size is shown more than once in the table, decide how fitted you would like the outfit to be (do you want to allow extra room for growth?) and also cross-reference it with your dress size, which will help ensure the right fit for you.
