Unforeseen Aer brings a cool gust of freshness, in an unconventional take on a fougère perfume. A fable about imperfection told through scent, it creates an accord of Pure Air via Geranium, Lavandin and Rosemary, grounded by the textured warmth of Nutmeg. 

All of this is contained in a newly redesigned bottle with an embossed Aesop insignia, and a pleasingly textured cap inspired by basalt, a rock on which our hometown of Melbourne was quite literally built.

Scents for the nose, stories for the mind: Rooted in our long-standing reverence for literature and our namesake Aesop, the ancient Greek fabulist, the inspirations and emotions behind our fragrances are distilled into fable-like poems to pose questions through scent.

The amber bottle, enhanced: While no story should be judged by its cover, the Fragrant Fables arrive in pleasingly tactile bottles, with a new textured cap inspired by basalt rock native to our home city of Melbourne, and an embossed insignia on the amber glass.
