DELUXE+ pods are lightweight and portable, allowing for easy travel from room to room, grandparents' house, or on holiday. Made in Europe, all materials used are air permeable and washable. DockATot DELUXE+ offers excellent air-permeability, all filling materials are sourced from world-leading suppliers. The DELUXE+ model is compatible with the DockAtot® Toy Arch and Cabana Kit.

Previously known as Sleepyhead, DockATot is known for their famous pods. Through their designs, the brand aims to introduce their vision of lounging, resting and playing for babies and children.
Designed in Sweden, the brand launched with John Lewis in 2011. All products are still handmade in Europe today.The beloved Sleepyhead of Sweden brand adopted the name of its sister company, DockATot in November 2020, which is recognised around the world for the same quality and luxury for which Sleepyhead has been known in the UK.

Returns and refunds
You can return or exchange an unwanted item within 30 days of receiving it. During the festive season, we have an extended returns period. Items purchased between 26 September and 24 December can be returned or exchanged until 23 January 2025.
Please allow up to 14 days from sending the item to receive your refund.

Small items
Return a small item you bought online for free to a John Lewis or Waitrose shop, or one of our return locations. You can also arrange a collection using Evri or Royal Mail.
Large items - items delivered by two people, such as appliances and furniture
We'll collect large items from you. Collections are free if your item is damaged or faulty. If not, we charge a collection fee. To arrange a collection, please contact us.
