Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic Water is floral and subtly sweet, crafted by blending handpicked English elderflowers with quinine of the highest quality from the 'fever trees' of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, to create a delicious, floral variation of Indian tonic water. Pairs beautifully with the rich juniper notes and floral botanical layers found in Silent Pool Gin.
Silent Pool Gin is a luxury English gin handcrafted with twenty four botanicals in the Surrey Hills. Full-bodied and fresh with clarity and depth of flavour. A rich, juniper-driven spirit with floral layers of lavender and chamomile.
For the perfect serve simply mix: 50ml spirit, 150ml Fever-Tree Mixer, garnish with a twist of orange peel and stir.
