A three-piece Ni Stainless Steel Knife Set from Global. The set includes a 20cm Oriental Cook's Knife or Chef's Knife, a 15cm Vegetable Knife and a 9cm Paring Knife. All are well balanced in the hand with a contemporary look and feel achieved by Japanese industrial designer Komin Yamada for the Global Ni range.
The Global Ni range features oriental styling and is manufactured from the finest high carbon stainless steel, CROMOVA 18. It's designed exclusively for Global with knives that remain razor sharp longer than any other steel and resist rust, stains and corrosion.
Global Ni knives have a thicker blade, with a razor-sharp finish. This set features a sleek design that's lightweight and perfectly balanced with longer 'chestnut' shaped handles for comfort and ease of use.
