Ultra-smooth and enviably light, our take on the iconic cable knit is made from luxurious, machine-washable cashmere. Originally worn by fishermen braving the elements thanks to its thick knit and textured pattern, the cable knit jumper has become an instantly recognisable style and a mainstay in the layering wardrobe.

When it comes to keeping warm, we looked to the Aran Islands, just off the west coast of Ireland, when designing this jumper. That's where they've been creating knitwear for generations and are experts in clothes that are made to last.

We work closely with our suppliers in the region stretching from northern China into Mongolia, where the extremely cold climate means the goats produce some of the best cashmere in the world. Using only the longest, finest fibres, our specialist cashmere spinners use their extensive expertise to twist a finer, softer, more rounded yarn, giving a deeper colour when dyed.
