When dinner is a one‑pan affair, the Professional Ceramic Non‑Stick Sauté Pan steps in with straight sides, a wide base and a lid that lets you keep the heat where you need it. It's made for browning, building sauces and finishing with a gentle simmer.
The ceramic non-stick is diamond reinforced for smooth release and easy clean up. The hard-anodised aluminium body heats quickly and evenly, and the induction-ready base is tuned for steady performance on gas, electric and induction hobs. The refined shape creates more usable cooking area, while streamlined rivets keep the interior snag‑free to reduce food traps and help food glide.
The tempered glass lid lets you check progress without lifting and losing heat or steam, and the double‑duty knob flips to create a handy resting spot for tools. Comfortable stainless steel handles give you control from hob to oven, up to 200°C. The pan is metal utensil safe, easy to clean and dishwasher-safe.
