The Artisan Ortho 1800 by Sleepeezee is a UK-handcrafted mattress. Bringing together a naturally supportive combination of breathable British wool and responsive natural latex to create a comfortable, well-balanced sleep surface.

Wool helps regulate temperature by drawing away moisture and allowing air to circulate freely, keeping you feeling fresher for longer. Natural latex, gently adapts to your body’s shape, delivering pressure-relieving support and encouraging a more naturally aligned sleeping position throughout the night.

Pocket springs
Individually wrapped pocket springs are arranged into carefully designed zones to provide tailored support across the body. Firmer reinforcement through the centre helps support the hips and lower back, while softer comfort at the head and foot allows the mattress to contour to your natural shape and weight for more personalised support. This helps promote healthy spinal alignment, reduce pressure points, and maintain better posture throughout the night.

Because each spring moves independently, the system also minimises motion transfer, making it ideal for shared beds by reducing disturbance from a partner’s movement.

Enhanced edge support
Enhanced edge support strengthens the mattress perimeter, allowing you to use the full sleep surface with greater stability and confidence, whether sleeping alone or sharing the bed.

A beautifully woven damask cover provides a soft, refined finish to the mattress, creating a smooth and elegant sleep surface. Gentle to the touch and carefully finished, it enhances everyday comfort while adding a premium, tailored feel that reflects the quality within.

Carefully unwrap your mattress/divan upon delivery and leave it in a well ventilated room for a few hours before covering it or sleeping on it.

It's recommended to pair the mattress with a divan base. If the frame or base is slatted, then the maximum distance between each slat should be 3” (76mm).

Turning and/or rotating your mattress ensures even distribution of body weight and helps prolong the life of the mattress: this mattress must be rotated from head to foot every week for the first three months and every month thereafter.

Having invested in your mattress it's strongly recommend using a good quality mattress protector under your bed linen. This will help to protect your mattress from spills and stains and to promote hygiene.
