From zero to sear in just seven minutes. The Steelfire 30 Stainless Griddle BBQ features a 3-ply clad stainless steel cooking surface that heats 35% faster than cast iron, resists rust, and wipes clean effortlessly.
Two patent-pending dual Solo Racetrack Burners deliver 24,000 BTUs of even, edge-to-edge heat across 486 square inches (3135 square cm) of cooking space, enough for 16 burgers at once. No seasoning required, just cook away.
The included stand features fold-down shelves, integrated propane gas storage, locking wheels, and accessory docking points.
Care and use
For first use, wipe with a damp cloth, preheat 7 to 10 minutes. No seasoning required out of the box. Before cooking, apply a thin layer of high-heat cooking oil to the surface.
After each use, scrape debris into the integrated grease trap while still warm, then wipe with a damp cloth once cool.
What to avoid: no abrasive scourers, steel wool, bleach, or chlorine-based cleaners. Restore shine using a stainless steel cleaner or a baking soda paste, always wiping in the direction of the grain.
The stand is powder-coated and easy to wipe down with a damp cloth. Use a cover when not in use. To store, turn off the burners and tank, detach the hose, and store dry or covered.
